We will replace your item if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Just fill-up the form below within the first 7 days after you received your item and we will arrange the replacement for your device for free. For the unlikely case that our vendors don't have any available devices in stock, you can choose between a full refund or an alternative device for the same value.

 

Returns & Change of Mind

You can return your unopened & undamaged device within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened, sealed devices. If you return the unopened item in the same condition as you received it, only a S$25 handling fee will be deducted and you will get your full refund within 14 days after we received and inspected the item. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and all seals intact. In case that there are obvious signs of use, we will grant you no or partial refunds (depending on the signs of use). Otherwise, your return request will be rejected.

 

Extended Warranty - For your peace of mind

Unlike most electronics or secondhand stores, Reebelo is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale - that's why every device comes with a minimum of 1 month free coverage. You can find the exact length of the warranty, ranging from 1 to 24 months, on the product page. For pre-owned devices, the warranty is covered by the vendor. For new devices, the original warranty is included and will be covered by the manufacturer.

 

What does the warranty cover?

We believe in the quality of our products, so we're offering coverage more comprehensive than the rest of the competition. Our warranty covers all product defects (hardware and software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your warranty period.

 

What is NOT covered?

Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer. This can be including, but not limited to, physical accidents like dropping the phone, water damage and installing shady software. Nevertheless, feel free to contact us should your phone experience issues post-warranty as we can arrange for repairs to be done by our partners at a special rate, just for you.

How long does it take and what happens if the issue cannot be repaired?

Generally, our partners will be able to advise on the timing immediately upon inspection. If your phone is under warranty and cannot be repaired, our partners will be happy to arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Alternatively, you will be fully refunded
